Main 35 saal ka hoon, kabhi smoke/drink nahi kiya, healthy lifestyle follow karta hoon. Mujhe tatti (stool) ke dauran bleeding aur cut jaisa pain ho raha tha. Day 1 par doctor ne sirf ek hi option diya – direct surgery (Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy), bina mujhe koi conservative treatment (jaise stool softener, ointment, sitz bath) try karne ka chance diye. Unhone diagnose kiya fissure (cut in anal canal), aur bina delay surgery kara di. Surgery technically “successful” batayi gayi, lekin mere symptoms (severe pain during and after motion, bar-bar stool aana, hard stool problem) bilkul solve nahi huye. Aaj surgery ke 12 din baad bhi mujhe pehle se zyada dard hai, itna ki 2 ghante tak motion ke baad normal baithna mushkil ho jata hai. Mere hisaab se ek sahi medical strategy yeh hoti: Pehle conservative line of treatment (stool softener + pain management + ointments) try karna chahiye tha, jisse 70–80% acute fissure cases theek ho jate hain. Agar 3–6 weeks me relief na milta, tab surgery plan hoti. Yahan direct surgery kar di gayi, jisse mujhe lagta hai ki root cause (hard stool / repeated trauma) address hi nahi hua. Main yeh review likh raha hoon taaki patients ko sach pata rahe – doctor ki approach fast thi, lekin conservative treatment ka chance hi nahi diya gaya. Is wajah se patient ki suffering aur badh gayi. Umeed hai ki doctor is feedback ko positively lenge aur future me patients ko pehle detailed stepwise explanation aur non-surgical trial denge, sirf surgery par focus nahi karenge."

The urgency created during the consultation made the experience feel highly unprofessional. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding.

I had one of the worst experiences with this doctor. The doctor's attitude and ego were extremely disappointing, and the staff and assistant behaved in a similarly unprofessional manner. I would not recommend visiting this clinic and hospital based on my personal experience. I request others to be cautious before choosing this doctor. I work in the medical field and have interacted with many doctors over the past 10 years, but I have rarely come across such an unpleasant experience.
