I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this doctor. They insisted that I get my sonography done only from the place they recommended. However, we were never informed in advance that it was compulsory to get it done from their suggested center. We had already gotten the sonography done from another place by then. There was no prior communication or clarity given about this requirement. Every doctor usually suggests where tests can be done, or they have their associated pathology labs, but making it mandatory without informing the patient beforehand is not acceptable. Clear communication is essential to avoid confusion, unnecessary inconvenience, and extra expenses.
