3 Aug 2025 I'm deeply disappointed with the lack of post-surgical care provided by Dr. Nikunj Jain. While the surgery itself may have gone as planned, what followed was concerning. My father developed complications after the procedure, and unfortunately, Dr. Nikunj showed minimal involvement and responsibility during this critical period. Repeated attempts to seek guidance or timely support were either ignored or met with vague responses. It felt as though once the operation was over, the care and concern ended as well. This lack of follow-up and compassion is unacceptable, especially in a profession that demands ongoing attention to patient recovery. Post-surgical care is as vital as the surgery itself, and in our case, the absence of it had a direct negative impact on my father's health and our trust in the medical system. I hope this feedback prompts a reflection on the importance of complete and continued care. Update on 1 sep 2025 ..... Due to negligence and lack of proper follow-up, my father developed a severe infection. This complication was ignored in the initial stages, and as a result, he had to undergo another painful operation which ultimately led to the removal of one of his testicles. What should have been a routine recovery turned into a traumatic experience for our entire family. A patient’s well-being and post-surgery care should always be the top priority, but in our case, we felt there was a clear lack of responsibility and attention. I strongly urge others to be very cautious and seek a second opinion before proceeding with treatment here.
