⭐ 1 Star डॉ. निकुंज जैन के साथ मेरा अनुभव बिल्कुल भी संतोषजनक नहीं रहा। मेरे अनुभव के अनुसार उनका approach patient के प्रति supportive और caring नहीं लगा। सिर्फ मीठा बोलना और मरीज की समस्या को सही तरीके से समझकर treatment करना दो अलग बातें हैं। मेरी मम्मी को पेट से संबंधित समस्या के कारण एडमिट किया गया था। 24 घंटे तक कई टेस्ट कराने के बाद भी हमें स्पष्ट रूप से यह नहीं बताया जा सका कि उनकी वास्तविक समस्या क्या है और आगे treatment किस दिशा में किया जाएगा। सबसे ज्यादा चिंता की बात यह थी कि पेट की समस्या के बावजूद उनके सिर के ऑपरेशन की तैयारी की जा रही थी। एक मरीज के परिवार को यह जानने का पूरा अधिकार है कि समस्या क्या है, कौन-सा treatment किया जा रहा है और उसकी जरूरत क्यों है। हमें इस मामले में पर्याप्त clarity और confidence नहीं मिला। मेरी सलाह है कि केवल डॉक्टर के नाम या reputation देखकर फैसला न करें। डॉक्टर का actual patient-care, diagnosis और communication भी जरूर समझें और जरूरत पड़ने पर second opinion लें। मेरे व्यक्तिगत अनुभव में communication, care और professionalism को लेकर यह बेहद निराशाजनक अनुभव रहा।
