Beware of Negligent Care – A Horrible Experience I feel compelled to share my brother's painful experience with Dr. Bhatia whose negligence during a routine stone removal surgery almost cost him his life. After the surgery, my brother developed sepsis, a life-threatening condition, which we later discovered was caused by the use of unclean surgical instruments and reused devices—a shocking disregard for basic medical hygiene. The infection almost led to his death. This doctor’s carelessness doesn't end with the surgery itself. His approach to communication is rude and unprofessional—as if patient concerns were of no consequence. He was dismissive and insensitive when we tried to voice our concerns, adding insult to injury. The lack of empathy and disregard for patient well-being is disturbing. I believe this doctor’s license should be revoked immediately to protect future patients from similar risks. No one should have to go through what we did, and no one should trust a doctor who demonstrates such negligence and unprofessionalism. Please, do your research and make sure you’re in safe hands—this is not one of them.
