Highly Highly Not Recommended I visited Siddhi Vinayak Hospital and Paramedical College, Khajrana, Indore for a serious UTI problem. I was passing blood with urine and needed a urologist. I called the hospital and confirmed if Dr. Satendra Singh (the main doctor) was available. On call, they said “Yes, he is available, please come.” But when I reached, he was not there. Instead, a gynecologist attended me. I had already done my tests (CBC, S. Urea, S. Creatinine, Urine Culture) one day before and showed them. Still, they asked me to repeat the same tests unnecessarily. First thing – they lied about the main doctor being available. Second – they made me repeat tests that I had already done. The gynecologist gave me a prescription of 7 medicines for UTI which made no sense. Later, they gave me a medical bill of ₹5,500 for just 15–20 days of medicines. Anyone with medical knowledge knows that this is just a way to make money. When I asked for the reports of the tests, they did not give me anything at first. They only gave me a receipt of ₹2,200 which included ₹1,000 consultation fees for a doctor I never even met (the urologist), and ₹1,200 for tests whose reports they didn’t provide. After I asked many times, they finally created and gave me the reports later, but not initially. Even the breakup of the bill was not proper – when I asked them to give a proper receipt, they just wrote the amounts on the back side of the slip. I have photos of this proof and attached below. The hospital condition was also very poor – full of mosquitoes, dust everywhere, and very unhygienic. The staff was unhelpful and kept saying “doctor is coming, doctor is in operation” but actually Dr. Satendra Singh was not even in the hospital. Later he only appeared on a video call and said he was out of town. I went there to consult a urologist, not a gynecologist. Overall, this hospital is only about making money, not about patient care. Very poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, false promises, and unnecessary charges. Highly Highly Not Recommended.

Very good management at this hospital. My father had infection in his leg which needed to be drained surgically. The staff was very helpful and kind and showed great competence. The surgery went really well and I am so happy with the treatment. I would recommend this hospital to my known as well in the future 😁. …
