I contacted ,on her given phone number but the receptionist was very rude and not giving proper replies and appointment and didn't pick call at once and don't call back at professional time, and she also scolded me. How can I trust a psychologist whose receptionist is such a rude and unprofessional, it has been a week I didn't got an appointment and correct information, i am not from indore that's why I am trying to contact, but unfortunately i can't, the way of talking of receptionist to a person who is kinda suffering from anxiety and depression is ridiculous, because of her behaviour I am helpless to finding other options
