This is the best hospital in the city. Dr. Vineet Gautam is One of known surgeon in the city and in State. He has been handling critical cases . He already has done so many surgeries. Thank you. Best Regards.

Very irresponsible behaviour by staff & doctors too much waiting time for doctor. even when you ask staff for doctor they always told you 10 to 15 min even you already waited for hours long with empty stomach for test.
Worst Treatment, Staff don't care about the Patient they just bother about How to make more money, Very Greedy behaviour and Attitude is highly unprofessional, They are ready to fight with you if got delay in submission of amount. If you admitted your patient here then only GOD can save them.
घटिया ओर लूटने वाला हॉस्पिटल न मरीज़ पर ध्यान दिया जाता है न हि यहाँ के doctor ठीक हैं एक visit के 4000 fee चार्ज करते हैं । discharge के time पर oral medicine भी नहीं देते । सबसे बुरा experience सबसे बुरा hospital ….. में न तो स्वयं कभी यहाँ आऊँगा न हि किसी परिचित अथवा अपरिचित को आने कि सलाह दूँगा ।
Kuch time pahle Mera accident ho gaya tha jiske bad mere par ki haddi tut gai thi jiska treatment Dr arvind varma ne ne kiya Ayushman se hua or hospital bhi aacha hai
I had a minor surgery in 2022 in this hospital. Some of the doctors are good but everything except that is totally fraud. Also if you are coming through pristyn care then the hospital staff will make sure you regret your decision. You might be spending days in the hospital without any real reason just because of bad bureaucracy between their insurance department, pristyn care and TPA. Staff is also not upto the mark.
Dr vineet gautam is best gastro surgeon in whole madhya pradesh....... He is very intelligent and polite...... And his command over surgery is extraordinary... I will rate him 6...but 5 star is there in google ❤️❤️
