Don't go/send your loved ones at all ....worst hospital ever in Indore.... Faulty instruments installed, wrong treatment given and misguide to patient family... My mother was admitted for Covid treatment in GBL Hospital recently. At the time of admission her CT score was 10....she got critical in 5days not because of wrong medication given....their monitoring system was showing wrong oxygen level, mishandling patient and carelessness and staff is not experienced...we were not satisfied with treatment and we shifted my mother to other hospital and she was recovered from covid in 2days.

Admitted for Corona treatment. Worst hospital management. Initially very costly medicine provided by hospital medical and hospital was happy with that but outside I was getting similar medicine at 50%+ discount so stopped buying as a result medical stopped providing even small supply of medicine and made sure I suffer because I am not buying from them. They gave excuses like computer is not working and it will start in 4 hours so medicine cannot be provided on duty staff and doctors didn't provide any help on that. Latter after MY discharge, again they were any unsupportive in providing required papers for claiming mediclaim insurance. I have to go for offline mediclaim as they don't have any tie-up with TPA. On day of release staff didn't even bothered giving medicine as my papers sent for settlement but they charged for full day and after lot of deliberation reverted charges as kind of favor.

The only good thing about this hospital is Dr. Vineet; rest everything is way below hygienic level. Managing director is very unprofessional, Staff is very uncooperative and unprofessional. The nursing staff (except for Sulaiman) is only busy in talking to each other and playing games on mobile. Do not rely on this hospital for recovery post surgery. I am sure with Dr. Vineet’s top expertise the surgery will be good but, equally important, recovery period is in god’s hand.

Best hospital with best facilities.... Dr vineet goutam sir is very kind and supportive and best liver and GI surgeon My wife Priyanka Mahajan suffering from carcinoma colon liver metastasis....goutam sir done very complicated liver surgery without any complications...goutam sir is best surgeon for liver and GI diseases I heartly thankfully to dr vineet goutam sir and all staff for their corporation and support....thank you sir...thank you very much.....

Recently My child was admit in GBL hospital under Dr Amit supervision he was in ICU for couple of days i was impressed by the care taken by the staff of GBL along with Mr Amit. I remember it was Ms Deepika who was taking care of my boy and Mr Devilal ji they were excellent in their work. How to handel a patient with medically and emotionally. Thanks GBL for having such a great staff
