डाक्टर आकश तिवारी सर का व्यक्तित्व मृदुभाषी व सरल स्वभाव वाला है वे अपने सभी मरीजों की देखभाल बड़े अच्छे से करते है। उनके जैसे डाक्टर मैंने बहुत कम देखे हैं जो बिना कारण अपने मरीजों को फालतू की जांच व महंगी दवाई लेने के लिए नहीं कहते हैं सर जब सेल्बी हास्पिटल में थे तब भी उन्होंने अपने मरीजों को कम कीमत वाली असरदार दवाइयां लेकर उनका ईलाज किया। सर आज भी राबर्ट नर्सिंग होम में सभी मरीजों का किफायती ईलाज कर रहे हैं।
