I have been participating in the Thursday Yoga classes for persons with Parkinson's for in excess of a year. We are so very blessed to have Yogi Doctor Manish Sharma as our teacher. Each class is joyfully and caringly instructed. The postures and flow of the class caters for person's with Parkinson's however I am sure the classes would benefit everyone. Doctor Sharma provides clear instruction as he guides participants to physical, mental and spiritual well being. I feel revitalised and peaceful after each class. Thank you Doctor Sharma for sharing your wisdom, providing expert tuition, and conducting supportive classes. Many thanks Greg D

I’ve been doing Morning Yoga sessions with Dr. Manish Sharma. It has been a great experience. His yoga sessions are apt for all ages. He starts with gentle warm up and takes step by step to intense levels. At the end of session you feel calm and energized.
Dr. Manish is an amazing yoga instructor. He understands our pace properly and then moves ahead in the session. Me and my family has been doing Yoga under his guidance for almost 2years and now all I can say that we look forward each day for his class and it's become one of the most important part of our lives.
