Your attempt to shift the blame onto my attendance record is entirely unacceptable. Please note the following facts regarding my case: • Payment & Scope of Service: A full upfront payment of ₹60,000 was collected by your clinic. A fee of this magnitude implies a comprehensive, highly managed standard of care, which your clinic failed to deliver. • Deliberate Evasion of Documented Communication: While you claim that telephone conversations cannot replace in-person evaluations, your team consistently avoided standard, recorded telephonic channels. Instead, your staff insisted on conducting consultations via WhatsApp Audio calls—a channel that cannot be natively recorded. This bypass of standard corporate communication lines is a clear attempt to avoid accountability and leaves a pattern of untraceable, contradictory verbal instructions. • Deficiency of Service: The "three follow-ups" I attended yielded absolutely zero results, and your team provided no viable adjustments or professional guidance during those sessions. Attending further sessions under an uncooperative team that lacks basic professional manners would simply be throwing good money and precious time after bad. A corporate policy cannot be used as a shield against a clear Deficiency of Service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Consider this my final notice to your clinic management. I demand a written resolution and a fair refund proposal within 48 hours. If this is not provided, I will immediately escalate this matter by filing an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) NCH Portal and initiating legal proceedings through the e-Daakhil portal e-Daakhil Portal for unfair trade practices and deficiency of service. They will take one time full treatment amount 60K and provide you with no result and no refund and no manners to talk as well.
