Sir we had left him in your trust that if we are not able to give him time then you will take care of him. You served him very well in the first month but in the second month you spoiled everything and we are also giving you our hard earned money and putting it in your service, we have to work day and night, we don't love money here, we love our person and you are not able to take care of him, that is why I have stopped your payment and let me tell you clearly that you will not be able to get the payment because we did not feel at all that you have given any service. The payment we have made to you till now is correct according to that. Medicines were not given on time / Massage was not done / Injections were not given / His clothes were twisted / Food is not being fed to him properly

This is very explanation service and owner is very good. Very fast delivery of medical equipments Like oxygen machine, hospital bed,home ventilator and ICU setup very affordable.

हमने छोटे बच्चे को सम्हालने के लिए इनके यहां से नर्स की डिमांड की , तब एजेंसी ने बड़ी बड़ी बातें करी वास्तव में जिस व्यक्तिं कों इन्होंने भेजा वो एक अनुभवहीन लोग थे , जो कि बच्चे को सम्हालने की बजाय सोते रहे, हमने पेमेंट भी पूरा किया, जब सर्विसेज लेने से हमने मना कर दिया है तो हमें पेमेंट आधा वापस किया , जबकि बात करते समय ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं बोले थे ,और अब हमारा फोन तक नहीं उठा रहे हैं ,

I used the services of Neha Medical health care for 2 wheel chairs. They were promptly delivered and picked up from the airport and everything was done just on phone. Refund of the amount was also done promptly without follow ups. Quality of wheel chairs was good as well. Highly recommended

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. The behavior of the staff at Neha Medical was extremely unprofessional, especially towards patients in critical condition and even towards those who were trying to help them. Instead of being supportive, they treated us poorly and showed a lack of empathy. What’s even more concerning is that they threatened to file a police complaint over false accusations of taking extra money and committing fraud. Before admission, they made strong promises about providing the best care, but they did not take responsibility when it actually mattered. Overall, this was not a reliable or trustworthy service, and I would not recommend it to others.
