Ravi Dhiman, the owner of firm was personally attending my father in law for 2 years in 2019 and 2020, he was very dedicated, honest and professional in his work. He took good care of my father in law who was bedridden due to Parkinson's and other health and age related issues. I wish him the very best in this new venture he has started. I availed Sarthak Home Care Service for my Father and I am very happy with the exceptional service and support provided by Ravi Dhiman. He is very professional, compassionate and treats the patient with utmost care. He was instrumental in ensuring my father got back to normal with utmost care. Ravi is thorough professional and he will not shy away to question the course of treatment and services one should get in medical facility. He would suggest and recommend right course of treatment, kind of service that should be provided and above all will keep an extra eye on what kind of treatment is working well. One thing I would want to highlight, during 2nd week of my fathers recovery phase, Ravi’s dad also got really sick and had to be taken to hospital but Ravi would not go to attend his father coz he was on duty and made alternate arrangement for his care. Despite recurring persistence from my end , Ravi ensured my father got his required care and only after his duty hours he tended to his father. This speaks volume of his character and his dedication to his work.
I have known the owner and agency for last 13 years. They have provided excellent home care over the years and continue to do so. This agency sends proper nurses and home care personnel who know their job well and are very professional. They have made my life easier as I am suffering from DMD and confined to the bed. Sarthak Home Care is highly recommended for you and your loved ones.
Sarthak home care is very professional, compassionate and took very good care of my father after the spine surgery and later due to old age related issues. We have been using their services since last five years and Ravi is true gentleman. A huge thanks to him and his staff in providing great care.
