We had a very good experience with this Sankalp home health care service. The nursing staff was well-trained, polite, and attentive to the patient’s needs. They monitored vital signs regularly, administered medications on time, and maintained proper documentation. Infection control practices were strictly followed. The team also educated the family about patient care and safety. Overall, we highly recommend their services.

Khaas taur par main hamare care taker Deepchand ji ka shukriya ada karna chahta hoon. Deepchand ji ne pichle 8 mahino mein ghar ke sadasya ki tarah dhyaan rakha hai. Unka kaam ke prati samarpan aur mareez ke saath unka behaviour kaafi prashansniya hai. Itne lambe samay tak unhone bina kisi laparwahi ke har choti-badi zaroorat ka khayal rakha.or hamare mariz ki goli dawai ke samay ka vishesh dhyan rakha he . Agar aap apne apno ke liye ek bharosemand aur disciplined care taker dhoond rahe hain, toh main Sankalp Home Health aur Deepchand ji ko zaroor recommend karunga. Is shandaar seva ke liye team Sankalp home health care ko vishesh dhanyawad!"
"Main Sankalp Home Health ki nursing service se behad santusht hoon. Hamari patient ki halat kaafi gambhir thi aur unhe Tracheostomy care ki zarurat thi, jo ki ek bahut hi zimmedari wala kaam hai. Hamari female nursing staff ne jis tarah se patient ko handle kiya, wo wakai kabile-tareef hai. Unhone har wagt puri savdhani aur mamta ke saath care ki. Halanki, hamare patient ki zyada umar hone ki wajah se unka dehant ho gaya, lekin hume is baat ka sukoon hai ki unke aakhri samay mein unhe behtareen nursing care mili. Staff ka vyavhaar bahut hi empathetic aur professional tha. Mushkil wagt mein unhone hamara bahut saath diya. Main Sankalp Home Health aur unki is dedicated nurse ko unki selfless service ke liye dil se dhanyawad deti hoon. Thank you
