So so bed experience Not professional behaviour 19 October ko apne mom ke ke liye 24 hours ke liye attendant ke liye book kiya tha (attendant ka behaviour no doubt bahut achcha tha usmein hamen koi shikayat nahin hai) 19 October ko 7 days advance amount maine transfer Kiya tha 20 taarikh se attendant aane vaali thi subah 10 ka bola gaya tha but vo log aaye 3:30 Attendant ke yahan kuch emergency problem aane ke Karan vah Thursday ko subah apane ghar ko chali gai ab festival season hone ke Karan dusri attendant hame nahi mil paai Ab problam ye hai ki Mera jo 7days mai se jis din aai vo din to count nahi hoga aur jis din attendant Apne Ghar Ko Gaye vah din bhi account nahin hoga 7 din mein se 3 din service provide Hui hai baki ka amount mujhe 7days mai aapke account mai transfer ho jayega yadi koi emergency problem. aati hai to bol kar aaj 2month hone ko aaya abhi tak amount transfer nahi kar rahe hai Is bich Kai baar phone bhi kiye hai aur WhatsApp per messages bhi kiye Hain har bar ek hi jawab milta hai main baat karke transfer karwata hoon but.....

Iam currently using services for elderly care of my father The staff is knowledgeable and cooperative specially Ms Arti Goswami for arranging nursing staff and managing standby in absence

Pathetic service , First i took in hyderabad for 12 days - Care taker was skilled but at last he has stolen few items from my home , for which later when confessed he said sorry multiple times. Second - I took in indore for 7 days but couldn’t take for more than 3 days Poor Co-ordinator - Aarti Goswami , Neither trained staff nor well mannered staff , 1st person - Came for a day with bullet ,didn’t know even how to apply ice. Then replaced another person came literally mentally challenged . To make understand one thing as simple as turning off a light - need to re-iterate 5-6 times , once he had thrown things on floor then he himself has fallen , i was trying to call him by still not responding , just sitting on floor. I am a patient who had fractures in both the legs. Aarti who was the coordinator don’t even know how to speak to a customer , super unprofessional. I wonder why portea keep such people. This company will go down if such people stay in the organization. When you will check the reviews you will find aarti’s review😂 Own staff is giving ratings ? Last but not the least , they fake most of the people experiences , i would recommend don not pay at any cost until you test the care taker

We are satisfied with the services. They maintain continuity and the competency of service staff is good. We have been availing their services for a year now and would recommend them for home care.
