Its been nearly 8 months here in peak physique . My body is changed mentally and physically. Thanks to our sir (karan sir ) for making it possible . Everyday there are new workouts and challenges which are followed by a warm up/cool down exercise.Anyone who is very particular about their body must visit here and once again I would like to thank him for helping me to reach my desired goal. I have never found nor will find the kind of workout peak physique provides. Each and every workout is amazingly carried out , focusing on each one of us. Each day different workout not even bores you and is super fun and plus you burn calories what else you need KARAN , SAGAR AND MANISH are the best.
