The sales person has misbehaved very badly. He denied giving a basic protein powder even without checking availability or the name. On confronting him on phone and in person he started misbehaving. Tried reaching to the manager mr. Vasant twice but they're also not responding
One of the worst service, no bills, personal phone QR codes to pay on, near expiry products sold, on confronting the guy who sits at night said take it or leave it, i can only give this, totally unprofessional. This can't be a authentic Apollo Pharmacy. Some scam centre it is, be careful for the products!
No medicines available. Mostly they don't have the stock of medicines. I have circle membership which includes service of delivery but they always say, there is no one to deliver. Useless. It is better to go to smaller medical stores, they atleast have good service and all the medicines.
This is regarding my experience with this Apollo pharmacy. I have also visited twice here. For the first time they gave me thrice more of what Doctor actually prescribed in terms of mg. For the second time they gave me completely different medicines and instead of being apologetic the store manager talked in rude manner without actually understanding the seriousness of the issue. This review is being written for the sake of saving crucial life of patients and people visiting this store and a piece of advice would be "do double check your medicines before taking it."
Never ever visit to anand bazar apollo pharmarcy his manager dont have manners how to talk with customers i am surprise that he says why u come here go buy from another place he very rude to me and telling me dont come here you can buy from where ever you got in a cheaper place pathetic worst experience approx 5k to 7k medicine i want to buy but he is very arrogant rude stupid
