Royal Amar Greens

I have owned a property here. Maintenance is a big issue here. Basic facilities like Security, Water, Repair works, occasionally electrical issues are seriously neglected..... The Builder is well aware of the issues but still is not interested in fixing the issues...May be because they don’t want to spend the money they got fooling the people like us who bought the flats here. So don’t be fool ...! I can see the builder coming almost everyday in his Audi, but does not listen to people like us who stays here... doesn’t pick phone calls and if at all he listens once a while , never fulfils the remarks and promises he make. So I feel Man builder is not trust worthy. Stay away from his properties.

A society where construction work is still under process when families are residing here. Incomplete Construction of parking floor is inviting accidents. No proper signage present for entrance and exit. Flooring and other construction quality is good.

Society is very good. But dogs and some illogical, so called dog lovers are big headache at least for children. Better to avoid if you planning to stay with kids. Thanks

One of the best new townships development in Indore, all the facilities like Gym, Garden, Swimming Pool etc are up to the mark. Nice and friendly people and also good on security. Just a bit outside of mainstream of the city.

An apartment complex in the middle of nowhere. Well planned and built but the aproach road isn't good. The entrance pathway too is broken and the premises is overall ill maintained. The swimming pool is good and functional but is open and in the centre. The entire society can watch you from their balconies while you are having a swim.

I moved to Royal Greens recently and have been thoroughly impressed with everything this community offers. The convenience of having everything from a gym to a temple right on-site makes life here truly convenient. Couldn't be happier with my decision to move here!

Royal Amar Greens in Niranjanpur, Indore, offers a serene living experience with lush green landscapes, modern amenities, and well-ventilated 2 & 3 BHK apartments. Ideal for those seeking comfort and a peaceful lifestyle.

The construction quality is very poor,We are facing water leakage issue every where in the flat,Every time they tried to make fool the owner by fixing the issue on temporary basis. I felt like cheated by purchaging the flat.

I do not live here. Just visited, last week. Based on above brief experience, it is nice place with huge parking, good security, and I have also heard that it's construction quality is good as well. Constructed by 'Man Developers' which use good construction material. But I suggest, do your research before buying or living there. Market is developing there, one may get almost all the stuff of daily needs and it is anyway not out of the main city, in fact not even out of vijaynagar.

Nice and decent society. Secure and clean campus. Construction of new buildings is going on. Amenities like Garden, Club, swimming pool and Gym are there. Ample underground and ground floor parking space.
