It is a beautiful town ship situated at Niranjanpur. Having good quality of swimming pool ,club and zym . Parking space available for each flat.
This place Royal amar Greens...has become nightmare for all residents...what ttenen,what owner....this place completely gone for toss....builder has backed out from his responsibility of managing society and even a small thing like water, all residents has to stragul for full day even for months ... security and other basic facilities complety gone for toss... residents has to take care of their own security and their homes from any big trables like theft or bulgallery....worst place to be reside even on rental....never recommend to purchase ...... I'm sharing my true experience with you all....never go for purchase flat in this township of Man development..
Flat owner of royal amar green it's good property but there are few basic problem in township. Lik Construction quality is not good, yo will know after buying this, water problem there is no narmada line totally dependent on boarding, there is no control on water diatrdistrib of individual flat thus wastage of water is so high evn you pay 4000 per month only for water and 3000 for monthly maintenance.their is no light in connecting road it's not safe in night if you travel by two Wheeler. It's a long list not to share in this review, i request to all tatent or buyer always don't believe on builder and broker, do some analysis at you end.(always check with current resident)

Normal place ,water problem , but very far that's why cab drivers won't come mostly ..
One of the best residential townships of Indore with well equipped club house, swimming pool, library, gym, kids park and much more. Beautiful enterance and lavish 2 and 3 BHK flats. A must visit if considering to buy home in Indore.
Black water from Nearby Nullah coming through Society Boring and Nobody is having solution for that.you have to change your RO filter every mo th.New building construction is going on creating lot of problems for Society people. Apart from this 2 issue which are critical rest is Ok... Road towards society is also Crack and you have to be watchful for driving
Warning for all prospective buyers. Do not get fooled by the false publicity about Royal Amar Greens. Acute shortage of money because large number of owners have not paid maintenance dues on account of disputes with Man Builders, who own the property. Currently funds available will be just about enough to run the society for two or three months following which there will be no money to pay for electricity or other expenses (approx Rs 4 lakh per month).There is no registered body to run the society. There is serious water shortage from March to June (till rains start) because builder has not made adequate arrangements. Society security had to be cut down to save money so there are no guards in each block. Pipes are leaking due to bad quality. Installation of second lift is pending for past two years. Many other shortcomings which existing owners residing in society can highlight.
Now its been 10 months of me buying a flat here and living,and i would like to review Royal Amar Greens 5*. Reason being Numerous... Its almost heaven on earth,away from traffic,its so much peace to live here,i can bet if a person finds as good deal as this with reasonable price,hardly 5-10 mins to reach Vijaynagar. Construction quality is highly technical.Just visit there basement parking area and you get to know a bit. Very spacious flats, sunlight and air circulation is something very proper taken care off. There are certain issues with water management that too in months of April,May,June which is taken care Properly through tankers.And i would say thats not a problem as this is something very natural in coming future to buy water and utilise it. Happy living here
Excellent location, modern amenities, and a vibrant community. The homes are spacious and beautifully designed. Highly recommended!
