Utkarsh Relocation

I strongly recommend avoiding services from Utkarsh Relocation. My experience with them was extremely disappointing, especially with their employee Saurabh, who was very unprofessional and rude while communicating with clients. Before the booking, they kept calling multiple times a day, but once the service was taken, there was no proper support, no tracking updates, and no clear information about the shipment status. The communication and management were very poor throughout the process. I especially did not appreciate the way their staff spoke during calls, which felt disrespectful and completely unacceptable. The only positive part of my experience was the driver, Kishan Kumar, who was polite and cooperative. Overall, the service quality, professionalism, and customer handling were below expectations. I would not recommend taking services from Utkarsh Relocation.
