Most trustworthy and very good staff

Trusted and genuine services. Hired a caretaker through THE WORKING LADY. very helpful staffs.

Initially I didn't know if they were even authentic (based on Google reviews :D), but then I got in touch with Krati - their representative, and she was very cooperative and helped me find a perfect house help. Good services.

Absolutely harrowing experience. We hired a full time nanny through them for our 1 year old baby. At the start, they took a hefty amount of Rs. 15 thousand, promising to provide a good worker, and also promising to provide replacement if anything went wrong. They nanny was absolutely unprofessional, used to be on the phone full time, used to show screen to my baby, used to lie, takes lots of leaves on the pretext of going home (Instead used to go to meet her boyfriend). There was literally zero help from the bureau in helping us out with this issue. Which is when we had put a negative review on this platform, only and only after which they called us back l, again promised us to provide replacement, requested us to take down the review, which we did trusting them once again like fools. Now they have vanished from the face of this earth, absolutely no way to contact them. Waste of time, energy, trust. Horrible horrible experience.

Very good staff and very good service towards clients i will refer to my close one to iam very happy to choose this company and iam very satisfied❤❤

Had a great experience with this company for baby care and house help services. The staff was professional, trustworthy, and well-trained. The maid was punctual and handled responsibilities with care. The team and manager Ajita ma'am was also responsive and helped us find the right match quickly. Highly recommended!

Very good services. Hired a nanny for my 4 yrs old kid. Found them genuine and reliable

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They are outright scammers preying on desperate families needing reliable maid services. We signed a 1-year agreement in August 2025 and paid a whopping 20K advance fee, promised guaranteed maid service with immediate replacements if anyone left or took a long holiday. Pure lies! First, they sent Varsha, hyping her up as a "long-term reliable maid." Within days, she announced her December wedding—something she had already told their team! We chased them endlessly for a replacement, but nothing. After months of pressure, agent Gurpreet finally sent Nandini for a "trial." Disaster! This thief stole cash from my purse, broke our almirah, swiped other items, and shared my baby's photos and our home location with her boyfriend without permission. Their so-called "background checks"? A joke! We later learned Nandini had been booted from 3-4 other homes for the exact same crimes, yet they sent her to us. Calls to Working Lady go unanswered except for Gurpreet, who has zero maids in pipeline after 4+ months of follow-ups. Owner Deependra Gupta and this shady outfit just pocket your money, send a maid for a few days, then ghost you. No replacements, no refunds—pure fraud! Save your money and sanity. AVOID THIS SCAM TRAP AT ALL COSTS! Report them everywhere!
