Nice collection.. Great help by kirti.. Got what I was looking for
Amazing quality and service also, i love to shop at zivame thankyou
Sales person was rude and there was not much variety. Only basic bras. They just want you to buy that somehow. I was trying bra and first i didn't find my fit. That took a lot of time, 2 times I haven't found, not much variety was there. I selected 2 bras at the end then the price was out of my budget so I said no, I can't buy . Then the sales person was shouting that "you tried to 1 hour now you are not buying". That was rude behaviour. The shop has only 2 changing room and that was not my fault . I just wanted to explore to find my fit. If I got the good one I would have bought. But the pathetic behaviour of staff has been very disappointing. I won't go to this store again. If there would be a minus star I would have given that to this store.
The store manager vaishnavi and her associate Jyoti were very good and helpful in all the perspective.
They have good options and have good offers as well. Staff could be more polite though
Vaishnavi and Kirti helped a lot especially for selecting the correct bra size and the pattern.
everyone here was so helpful . they have expert knowledge making the process way easier for us. especially the store manager vaishnavi was really great
Wonderful experience with the store manager- Vaishnavi and her colleague-Jyoti. Good discounts were offered.
Sales women will help first try to help you find something that fits and even though you feel suffocated in the same, they will sell you the wrong lingre sizes. I shopped for items worth ₹5500. And about 3500 is a waste. I will not recommend shopping from instore ever!!
Too bad quality of every products. There is no customer support from the store side of zivame store representative person. Total Dissatisfied.
