I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with a pickup request I initiated for an order placed in January. Despite multiple attempts through email and phone calls to your customer care team, the pickup has not been completed yet. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to your team and following the instructions provided by your customer care representatives, I have encountered significant delays and have not received any tangible progress towards initiating the return process. The explanation provided for the delay, citing "unforeseen circumstances" and poor management, is both unacceptable and unprofessional. At this point, I am left with no option but to demand a refund for my order. The failure to address my concerns and facilitate the return process in a timely manner reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. If my refund request is not processed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I want to make it clear that I am willing to visit the Ziwame store in person to return the order or take appropriate legal action if necessary. Furthermore, I reserve the right to file a complaint against your company for fraudulent practices if my concerns are not addressed immediately.

The store has very limited collection and absolutely rude staff. The sizes are not available. The store people will tell you one thing while buying but when you go for return/exchange the will completely deny the service and will claim they had previously informed which is not true. Buying online is much easier and comfortable than going and getting cheated in the store. Completely disappointing experience from a brand like this.
