I usually do not write reviews, but this experience compelled me to share my feedback. I visited the store today looking for a very specific item, which I had already confirmed over a phone call before coming. However, upon reaching the store, I was informed that the item was not available. The newly appointed staff member then gave me three other pieces to try. While I was trying them, she repeatedly mentioned that I was taking too long and kept asking if I needed help, despite there being no other customers in the store. Her restlessness made me uncomfortable. After I returned the three pieces along with one additional piece she had later given me, she began arguing that she had given me one extra item and insisted that one piece was missing. She even showed me two empty hangers, making me feel as though I was being suspected of something inappropriate. I clearly explained that I had returned everything I had taken. Unfortunately, the experience worsened at the billing counter. The same staff member mistakenly scanned the same item twice, marking the quantity as two when there was only one piece available in the store. Due to this error, billing could not proceed. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she kept saying the QR code was not scanning and insisted that I take another piece that was neither my choice nor my size. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I hope the management provides better training to their staff, especially in customer handling and billing procedures, as such behavior can seriously affect a customer’s trust and comfort.

Clovia is a premium lingerie brand that I’ve recently started using, and I’m impressed by the quality and comfort it offers. The feel is excellent, and the brand provides a wide range of products, including disposable period panties, which is a nice addition. While the price range can be on the higher side, it’s definitely worth it, especially if you shop during sale days to save on costs.
