⭐ 0/5 – Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased fabric from this store, but after just one wash, the fabric developed excessive lint/fuzz and the quality became visibly poor. I had to visit the store around 4 times just to get the fabric amount refunded. The amount of time, travel and inconvenience I had to bear was completely unnecessary. After finally refunding the fabric amount, I was specifically told to come back and that the stitching charges would be reimbursed, and this commitment was also given in writing on my bill. When I went back today regarding the same commitment, they completely denied paying the stitching charges. This raises a very simple question — what is the point of taking a commitment in writing if, at the last moment, the store can simply deny it and refuse to pay? What was even more disappointing was their attitude. Instead of taking responsibility for their own commitment, they behaved as if I was the one creating a problem by coming back repeatedly, and even questioned why I had come 4 times. I had to visit 4 times because the issue was not resolved properly in the first place. If a customer has to keep coming back for one defective product, the inconvenience is caused by the store, not the customer. The worst part is not even the stitching amount—it is the lack of accountability, failure to honour a written commitment, and the rude and arrogant behaviour towards the customer. Very disappointing customer service. I would strongly recommend customers to carefully check the fabric before purchasing and keep every written commitment as proof, because apparently even a written commitment can be denied later.
