Really loved the collection😍. Must visit …
It was great experience with date the ramp and I m going to permanent with this store best rental store ever I experienced
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. After finalizing my dress and completing all the formalities like giving my Gmail, Aadhaar, and phone number, they suddenly informed me that the dress was already booked for my dates. This is something they should have checked and told me right from the start instead of wasting so much of my time. On top of that, the store manager was handling everything extremely slowly, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
Worst experience so far..and that too twice.. I booked two dresses one month in advance with complete pre payment. One dress got damaged by them so they cancelled. The other one did not reach me on the date booked.. complete chaos.. no accountability..no response.. promised me a refund 1 month back.. not received yet.. do not even take calls.. not recommended. Will post complete review with facts and communication soon.
My experience with The Ramp Store was really nice. The staff was attentive, supportive, and guided me well with the selections. The service felt professional and customer-friendly. I appreciate the effort and will definitely recommend it to others.
Mr. Shubham was very attentive to our needs. He was very friendly and catered to what we were looking for. Also date the ramp has amazing collection, good quality fits. Would recommend 10/10
Very friendly staff and good collection!
I had a great experience with The Ramp and can really recommend them. The staff was amazing, always super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They gave great input and, most importantly, honest opinions about the outfits, which made choosing so much easier. Prices were communicated clearly and felt fair, with no surprises. Their booking system also works really well and made everything simple and organized. A big heartfelt thank you to the whole team for your help and patience. You made the whole process easy and enjoyable. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
