Rentals are really cheap compared to other rental shops and quality of clothes are also good. Even service provided are really good.
Very expensive and the deposit money for second hand clothes is too much. The clothes are of good quality but they aren't branded.
Firstly they promised that all the clothes that we will be taking will be drycleaned, but that is not even properly washed, dresses are having stinking smell of sweat, and chain is damaged , pathetic experience

Worst place ever. Owner and staff behaviour is disgusting. Don’t trust them and don’t give opportunity to serve you.

Dress not dryclean i informed same time even fitting was not done properly. Plz don't go...... Kahi se bhi dress book karo yaha se mat kro dress me kichad laga hua tha. Mere hubby lene gye the mene ghar per chk kiya same time me pics bhi share kiye but no response... Price jyada lete he service bolkar service ke liye 0 marks he... Fitting compromise bhi kar le but abhi ke situation me bina dryclean dress nahi wear kar sakte he so dont go....
Worst services. ... 1)First of all the staff won't even bother to help you choose your outfit! ! Rather will have a not giving a damn attitude.. 2)Overpriced stuff which was not even dry cleaned as I could see powder on the gown I had rented which means it wasn't even cleaned once... Worst attitude towards the costumers
Worst Place ever worst customer service
The worst store I had visited till my life. Fraud store. They just pick your dress and gives you the surety about half rented prices. But the whole team is fraud. They kept our dress and they are returning our dress saying that " ek bar bhi nhi gyi hai rent pai " and when we went to collect the dress after watching the condition of that dress we were shocked. How can they cheat on customers, how can they tell lie..the worst store...highly recommend to everyone that please don't visit this store 🙏
