KATHA RENTALS

I got rental lehenga for my wife. Timely delivered. Refunded full deposit amount. Great support. Overall good experience. Must visit.

I want to give zero rating... Nature of all staffff very rude they deducted deposit money not refund money

I visited katha rental and i loved there collection and the dress was supper good and clean. I liked my first time experience of lehenga. I reccomend each and every one to visit. They are very cooperative and i also liked her nature.

I had a wonderful experience with Katha Rentals! They provided a beautiful outfit and have an outstanding collection to choose from. The quality, style, and fit were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent stylish and elegant attire.

I'm really happy with the dress I got from Katha Rentals. It was super neat and clean, even better than I expected! I'm definitely planning to wear it to some upcoming events. Plus, it's budget-friendly and totally in line with the latest trends.

The dresses are well-maintained, clean, and look brand new. I rented a lehenga for a wedding and got so many compliments – no one could tell it was rented! The fit was perfect, and the prices are very reasonable compared to buying something you’d only wear once.

Best collection affordable range and experience was amazing best service overall

They just tell you that they will give you good service but doesn't offer that I have to pay extra amount for the dress as they provide me with dirty one which was not wearable. They even don't deliver on time I had to wait for 1-2 hours daily. Worst Experience Ever

I recently rented an evening gown from Katha rentals, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The shop owners were incredibly helpful in guiding me through their collection. The fitting was seamless, and the outfit itself was stunning—perfectly tailored. I was so impressed by so many options at such an affordable price. I received so many compliments on the outfit rented from them! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a beautiful, hassle-free rental experience . You’ll be in great hands!

Extremely disappointing experience with Katha Rentals. I had booked 3 Garba dresses for ₹5000 and paid ₹3000 as an advance. Less than 24 hours later, I politely requested a cancellation and refund since I had changed my mind — the dresses were still with them and hadn’t been used or picked up. To my shock, not only did they refuse to refund any amount, but their behavior turned completely unprofessional and rude — a complete contrast to how they treated me when I first visited to make the booking. There was no prior mention of a no refund policy when they took the advance. Had I known that, I would’ve never paid upfront. This kind of shady business practice — where policies are not clearly communicated and customers are treated poorly — is unacceptable. Would not recommend Katha Rentals to anyone. Think twice before trusting them with your money.
