I genuinely had one of the most stressful experiences with this brand. The owner initially comes across as sweet, but the communication felt extremely manipulative and passive-aggressive. There was constant sarcasm disguised as politeness, which made it very uncomfortable to raise concerns. I provided proper measurements, yet the blouse was not my size at all. On top of that, I very clearly instructed them that if any alteration was needed on the lehenga, it should only be done from the bottom. Despite specifically saying this, they altered it from the waist- exactly what I asked them not to do. The worst part? I was never informed. I found out just one hour before I had to leave for my event, while trying on the outfit. Imagine the stress of realizing your outfit is ruined right before you have somewhere important to be. It was extremely irritating and overwhelming. When I confronted them, I was told they would “inform the pickup person.” That is completely irrelevant. The client should have been informed- especially when clear instructions were already given. Because of their mistake, I had to urgently find someone else and pay extra for last-minute alterations. It was not planned, it was not convenient, and it was definitely not my fault. When I asked them to at least consider covering the alteration cost since the error was from their side, I was bluntly told everything they did was “complimentary.” That response felt dismissive and irresponsible. As someone who runs a rental store myself, I understand how basic customer service works. This was a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Overall, it was extremely disappointing, stressful, and poorly handled. I would not recommend this brand.

Loved my rental experience! The lehenga was gorgeous, jewellery was premium quality, and delivery was right on time. Everything was well managed and super convenient. Would definitely recommend!
