Frame collection wow and satf so polite
Nice glasses and service
Extremely disappointing experience with Lenskart. I had to visit the outlet three times just to get my return approved, and the staff seemed untrained and unable to handle the process properly. They recommended lenses that left my vision extremely blurry despite having the correct prescription. Overall, it was a frustrating experience caused by poor guidance and lack of competent customer service.

They falsely advertised a 'Buy 1 Get 1' offer. I bought one pair of glasses, and the staff assured us that we could collect the second pair within a week. When we returned within a week, they denied ever saying that.
This was a completely misleading and infuriating experience with LensTrack. My mother went there by mistake, thinking it was Lenskart, since both shops are right next to each other. The names are so confusing that she ended up buying glasses at LensTrack, after being promised a buy-one-get-one offer. Later, we realized it wasn’t even the right store. This kind of deception is unacceptable. LensTrack needs to stop mimicking other brands and misleading customers. I will never trust them again.
