During my visit, the behaviour of one of the store staff members was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. [ Rude And disrespectful Behaviour From the 2 Staff members of Lenskart Store Just Standing And waiting for my brother only for 2 mins they said and ask me to stand outside the store and said you dont have knowledge then why should you come and too much rude behave]. Such conduct not only caused inconvenience but also left me feeling disrespected as a customer. As a loyal customer of Lenskart, I was very disappointed by this experience. I believe Lenskart is known for its customer service, and such behaviour tarnishes that reputation. I kindly request you to look into this matter at the earliest, take appropriate action, and ensure that similar incidents do not happen in the future. I hope to continue trusting Lenskart for my eyewear needs, provided I can be assured of a respectful and professional customer service experience.

My recent visit to the Nexus Centre Mall store was utterly appalling in last 7-8 years !! I just wanted to buy sunglasses for my kids and resolve an exchange, but an employee rudely blocked my entry. He dismissively asked "kya hai" when I questioned him and refused to identify himself. This kind of unprofessionalism is suiting on a brand like lenskart????
