Ajmal Perfumes - Exclusive Kiosks

Very Poor uneducated behavior of staff, i was planning to buy some of ajmal's famous perfumes and wanted to try them out first but the employee shows no interest , he even denied to spray a sample perfum, so that i can smell opening notes, instead he offered me a bottle cap to smell, there was no crowd, i was the only customer he should attend , it was very disappointing experience, I end up losing interest in the product because of such unprofessional staff

It was a nice talking to deepak he was very helpful and accommodating. Good to interact. Thanks

Shaan is really good in his work I really loved his assistance he attended me really nicely, I'll visit ajmal again just because of him

had a wonderful experience at the Ajmal store. Special thanks to Mr. Deepak for his excellent customer service, product knowledge, and friendly approach—he made my shopping experience truly memorable.

Honestly, I just want to know why the owner/salesman of the kiosk is so rude. I’m a big perfume enthusiast and love trying different fragrances , but the salesman was least interested in showing any of them. He was rude , uninterested and denied giving me any test strips or sprays. He just asked me to smell the cap and by doing that only i should decide to whether i should buy one or not. Honestly that man is degrading the brand image

Wow awesome fragrance thank uh so much Ajmal perfume nd very big thankx for Shaan khan ! He is very good dealings nd sales person nd he is friendly 😍 …

I recently visited the Ajmal Perfumes outlet at C21 Mall, and I was blown away by the exceptional range of perfumes they offer! The real highlight was the wonderful assistance I received from Deepak and Shan, who were extremely patient and helpful in guiding me through the selection process. They took the time to understand my preferred notes and helped me find the perfect fragrance. I ended up falling in love with “NEEA” - it’s an amazing floral fragrance that exceeded my expectations! If you’re looking for a beautiful floral scent, I highly recommend checking out “NEEA”. Kudos to Deepak and Shan for their exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of perfumes. If you’re a perfume enthusiast like me, do visit this outlet and let Deepak and Shan help you find your signature scent 😊

Mr Shaan at Ajmal kiosk in c21 mall is very humble and nice person. He listen to the customer's requirements very carefully and assust accordingly. He shown the best attars abd fragrances as per my choice. I recently bought Oud of Dubai, dubai oud and Oud Kuwaiti just because oh him. Thanks Shaan

Very rude staff. We said we wanted to try Ajmal Perfumes and were trying their deos. We asked the price; it was 200, and simply said that we had bought them for 125 earlier. And when we asked him to show us the perfumes, he said, "If you can't buy the deos, how will you buy the perfumes?" and left without listening to us. He assumed that we can't afford the perfumes just based on a simple question. I already own costlier perfumes and wanted to try Ajmal cause I liked their collection. That guy just ruined my experience.
