I like their products.
Amezing products and best customer service 😊 …
They were not taking any interest to sell me their product
It was an awesome experience... Staffs were too good and the products were also natural.
The contact details of the store on Google are shared incorrectly. This is not really a good customer service tact when you're absolutely unreachable. Please share correct contact details on the site.

If you want truly effective and organic products for your hair and skin, then must buy the body shop products. Nice service but little bit costly , but worth it. As no compromise for skin and hair.
The behavior of the employees who work there is not good at all. I took a perfume from there and he refused to even give the bag. The showroom at the T I Mall is better than all the minos.
I bought a travel pack consisting of 2 products, a body cream and a body wash. These two came in a plastic triangular box which was worth ₹105 and the total cost of the pack became ₹695. I was not mentioned thee details of the individual prices of the two products. I wouldn't pay even a single penny for this useless plastic box which they costed ₹105 for, and gave the reason that the packaging is expensive hence the cost of the box would be added too. This is what you call service with dishonesty. Disheartened!
Product quality is superb. Staff is well trained with knowledge of products. Ask for recommendations as they have specific products for every skin/hair type. Great ambience. Must try product is Shea range.
