Stayed at Purvi by Vilaasitaa during a recent work trip in Indore, and it turned out to be a very convenient and comfortable experience. The property is newly built, which clearly reflects in its fresh ambiance, modern design, and well-maintained spaces. The rooms were clean, thoughtfully designed, and ideal for both relaxation and productivity. The staff was professional, responsive, and always ready to assist, making the entire stay smooth and hassle-free. The in-house restaurant offered good quality food with a decent variety, perfect after a long day of work. The banquet facilities also appeared well-organized and suitable for meetings or small corporate gatherings. Overall, it’s a great choice for business travelers looking for a balance of comfort, functionality, and good service in Indore. Would definitely consider staying again on my next work visit. An absolutely horrible place to stay. Vilaasitaa is a hotel management chain that clearly knows how to market a property well. The photos look great and everything seems polished online, but the reality here is completely different and honestly shocking. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The staff are rude, abusive, and completely unprofessional. I was yelled at, subjected to expletives, and treated with zero respect. It got so bad that I genuinely felt unsafe and had to leave on my own. Basic amenities are missing. No water in the room, WiFi does not work, and no housekeeping. My room wasn’t cleaned for over 24 hours despite being told it would be. The approach road is terrible and the location is misleading, it is far from Aurovindo on a loud, traffic heavy street. Vivek, the owner’s son, is an absolutely horrible human being and a big part of why this place feels so hostile. I’ve stayed at other Vilaasitaa properties before and they were decent. This one is actively damaging their reputation. The pricing and reviews shown online are misleading. This place is not even worth ₹400 a night. Stay literally anywhere else. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1 Rooms Nothing like they claim, I hope nobody has to see for themselves. Nearby activities There is a famous hospital the hotel claims to be in the vicinity of but owing to the terrible approach road and surroundings its actually a 40min drive to the hospital on a bad day. Safety None, staff members actively threaten you. Walkability No, terrible loud congested street next to a market. Food & drinks No Kitchen Noteworthy details Rude Staff
