We didn't stayed in hotel. We booked and when went to checkin then reception man first asked in how mich money you booked room, and when we t9ld he said sorry sir we don't have any room empty, And when itood the how can you take booking via oyo , but then also he told sir we dont have insteed ws ll settel you in nearby hotel , and send us their, their also they said no. We totally disappointed in the middle of night, and then we searched diffrent hotel by goibibo. Totally waste of time by b9okijg with oyo, coz nowadays 90 percent oyo hotels dont even respect oyo, its totally wastage, Guys plz try to book another hotel and if possible never book by any hotel by oyo. And yes also this hotek told me to cancel the booking by myself but i didn't.

This was my worst experienced ever in oyo hotels...when i'm booking hotel its 450rs for 1 night and it booked also in app....then i gone to hotel there receptionist men tell we can't provideo you hotel you have to give 450rs extra to stay in hotel, i said i booked the hotel in app at 6pm and i want to stay only for 1 night and i will checkout at 8am morning but he didn't agree. And i asked what was about my money 450rs which i spend for booking, he said it will not refund....this is too bad if you can't give room in that price then why are you fooling people...its ridiculous😓 Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 3

Absolutely the worst experience! The rooms are tiny, dingy and absolutely uncomfortable. They charge prices above MRP for drinking water which was supposed to be complimentary according to our receipt. They did not give us breakfast which is again something we pre-paid for and yet they refused to refund our money. The staff is the worst. We were on a long call with Oyo fighting for check in because the staff was uncooperative and untrained. BTW Oyo's customer service sucks. They would put us on hold for more than 10 minutes and then automatically disconnect. We wished we could have walked out but we had pre-paid for everything and that was our mistake. There are better hotels and Airbnbs in the vicinity at a much better price point. Do yourself a favour and do not book this place.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this Hotel. We booked through Oyo and when we reached this place they literally denied to let us have our room and told us to contact Oyo regarding the problem saying that they are not ok with the offer given by Oyo and so we will not be allotted the room. It was literally harassment. If they are not fine with the Oyo offer then they must withdraw their contract with oyo why would they unnecessarily harass their customers like this? Horrible. Hotel room was also terrific, very small room and bathroom and almost no ventilation.
