Such a pathetic service. Holding a fraud staff and services with straight lie to the customer. In my case they didn't provide me the room and told me that they won't be able to make my stay there but as per the rule your refund would be reflected back to your account but they tricked me by check-in and checked out without my permission don't know how... extremely pathetic experience! this is why you never book an oyo! just simply pathetic! was on a work trip so didn’t want to focus on anything else but if it was otherwise would have screwed oyo as well as the horrible hotel

Worst experience, poor service, no response from staff members when requested with any help, tooo tooo tooo bad service...always sleeping ,zero response🤮🤮 .i highly recommend to never visit. Instead please visit hotel diamond hotel which is located near by it if you want to have a good day 🙂 If there is this option of any negative marking i would give -100000. Service: 1

room was good with all the basic amenities. staff was cooperative as well.if possible| refrain from taking a room at ground floor because it's hard to sleep due to sounds of people stepping on stairs.

The KEY to have best hotel experience in Indore is not to stay in hotel SILVER KEY. 1. There nature is friendly but service is exactly opposite. 2. Room was not clean before we checked in. 3. Mattress was torn. Bedsheets have more stains than the cloth we used in kitchen. 4.They ignored the service to room 301 as we ignored the elaichi in biryani. 5 They also didn't resolve the issue of breakfast which is genrally complementary 6 . Hotel in small city like Gondia provide good facilities than this. 7. Facility of hot water is discontinuous for bathing. 8. All they have good lighting facility in every room. One can do great photoshoot. 9 . Last but most important they provide refill bottle of Bisleri.

I booked and paid for the room online for 3 guests but I was asked to pay another 400 rs if I want the room. Unfortunately I had to because it was late night and I had family with me so I didn't wanna wander around more but it was a bad experience.

I booked this hotel from Mmt and i was traveling from Jaipur to Indore (13 hours journey) after reaching hotel , Shubham singh the receptionist dined my check-in asking from me extra amount so i gave him 400 extra , now the hotel cost me 1000 , the room was very dirty evey on wall there is red blood spots, on wall it was written that outside food is not allowed but Shubham singh the receptionist was carrying 3-4 bottle of bear amd namkeen and even he was giving priority to local couples Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
