Located at a premium place, it is a quiet place with plenty of parking. Good, polite and well behaved staff. The music is too loud and it interferes in your relaxation and personal communication. Have stayed in the month of June, stay was comfortable. Rooms were bit small with an extra bed. Restaurant has great food. Place is accessible with wheelchair. Highlight is rooftop restaurant and live music. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

Hello Thanks for the hospitality extended during my stay. I acknowledge the understanding and cooperative nature of front desk in charge Mr. Arun, Mr. Arjun, Ms. Chanchal, Ms. Hitiksha. At Tanatan I appreciate the efforts of Mr. Rajat the F&B Manager. And also Mr. Shailendra, Mr. Arvind, Mr. Amaan Malik, Ms. Maini, Ms. Heena, Ms. Madhu, for making me comfortable and attending me well. Unfortunately I could not get the names of other staff members, otherwise I would have mentioned them here. But a vote of thanks to everyone who attended to me. Even the security/house keeping. I just have 1 issue to mention. Which has nothing to do with the efforts of any staff but rather with the property or the way it's designed. I've stayed a 100 times in hotels, local/international. Never have I encountered an issue with cigarette smoke creeping into my room, because I don't smoke in the room. But time and again I noticed, and to my discomfort, that out of nowhere, unexpectedly, my room started smelling of smoke odour. My guess there's something about the ducting, insulation, venting, some channel some issue somewhere which causes this to happen. This is very unusual, to encounter smoke odour in the corridors or rooms of a supposedly non smoking property. Those who are tolerant to it doesn't matter to them, but for someone who can't it's very tough. It's better if this is taken seriously. Persistent smoke odour eventually becomes a permanent feature. Then you can't get rid of it. But whatever inconvenience I faced, it was sorted by the front desk staff who changed my room when I wanted to. So effort and hospitality wise I have no complaints. Rooms are nice, bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning is fantastic. It's a good property. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have personally recommended it to many colleagues, company guests, and friends. Unfortunately, I no longer feel comfortable recommending it. The lack of transparency in pricing is particularly concerning—different staff quote different rates, direct booking can be more expensive than online platforms, and even extending an ongoing stay was quoted at a significantly higher tariff. Communication is also inconsistent, with promised callbacks not being honoured. The insistence on advance payment during an ongoing stay, without clearly explaining the reason or providing the final bill at that time, further added to the frustration. For a hotel I once trusted and recommended, this level of inconsistency is disappointing and needs serious attention from management.
