I am extremely disappointed with the service provided during my stay at your hotel today. I booked two Premium Category Rooms, Room No. 409 and Room No. 209, and checked in as a guest. However, the air conditioner in Room No. 409 was not working properly from the time of check-in. I immediately informed your staff and made several complaints requesting repair of the AC or shifting to another premium room. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved.
