Disastrous Experience – Complete Lack of Service and Hygiene Our stay at Ramee Tarang was a series of management failures from start to finish. Despite booking two rooms (201 & 202) and calling the concierge multiple times in advance to ensure they were ready, we arrived at 9:00 PM to a ghost town. Zero Service: No security at the gate, no welcome drink, and absolutely no staff to assist with luggage. We had to carry our own bags to the rooms. Filthy Rooms: The housekeeping was appalling. The floor had hair and flies, and the bed linen was torn and dirty. Maintenance Issues: The AC was not cooling because the filters were completely choked. We had to wait for maintenance to clean them and for housekeeping to re-mop and change the sheets. Infrastructure Failure: When it rained, water poured down the staircase and flooded into our room. We were forced to have the room cleaned at midnight. Constant Disruptions: The electricity tripped every 10 minutes until 1:00 AM, making it impossible to rest. This hotel is poorly maintained and lacks basic professional standards. Save your money and stay elsewhere in Indore.
