My parents had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. A big thank you to Kuldeep for his outstanding room service—he was fast, polite, and very attentive. Also, sincere thanks to Neries in the dining area, who made sure all their food requests were taken care of with care and precision. Her warmth and attention to detail truly stood out.
