The food is very delicious and the staff behavior was the best. Hats off to the Head Chef Me Bhupendra and the serving staff Yogendra Ji and Ramkishan Ji. It was great hope to visit here soon. Visited Jardin hotel for a Sunday buffet dinner with friends. Impressed by the nice view and fabulous location. However, the service was a bit disappointing as we had to wait for our grill foods, possibly due to the Sunday rush. The taste was good, but not the healthiest; if you're health-conscious, Barbecue Nation might be a better option. In comparison to other competitors, they have room for improvement in providing a better overall experience. On a positive note, the dessert variety at Jardin was top-notch, adding a delightful touch to the dining experience. The assortment of sweets was impressive, and it certainly stood out as a highlight of the buffet, despite the service hiccups. Very sorry to submit that service and cleanliness was very bad. When we reach to the buffet area, almost tables were having plates with food which others have left. No one is available to attend guests at the time of dinner. Plates were heavy and small, bowls were big in size and can't put in the plates. No one present near Icecream box, we have to take that individually. No chairs were available for senior citizens like my self and my wife. Every one was standing and eating. No information about the items put on the tables. Sweet bowls were kept under the table. No water arrangement for washing hands seen nearby. Mostly issue was cleanliness. Plates left with foods were lying on table. Very limited chairs available. Very disappointed to see a well known hotel. Can't give any rating.

A great place! I stayed here with my friends and family for 3 days for my sister's wedding.. All the arangements and decorations were perfect for the occassion. Food was also very delicious and rooms were clean and spacious. Enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
