The staff here is very well behaived and cooperative, you can spend your special evening with a lovely surroundings and a poolside table (if available). I don’t have any clue as to why Jardin has 4 stars. I’ll be as brief as possible so sit tight to read this one. First things first the Reception as usual is good and some people working there have a very good attitude they are polite and empathetic. It is wheelchair accessible, valet parking is available but no valet is. They try their best to keep the hotel clean but they miss certain things which can be acceptable. The lifts are clean and the rooms are neat as well. However when it comes to “The Grill Barbecue “ their staff is the worst, they are rude and impolite which is piteous. If you will be rude to guests then you need to upgrade your Staff training standards which i am absolutely sure are not good enough. Some Managers are rude to guests and judgemental on what they are wearing. If someone paid then definitely someone is a guest. Anyways, lets talk about the ROOM SERVICE, if you ask for fresh set of towels, cups or bed-sheet change you’re going to have to wait and not one hour ! More than that and probably by that time you either would be outta there or fast asleep. They won’t let you use Flower petals for room decorations if you want to do so, because apparently it is something which will permanently damage the floor 🤣. How on earth did these group of hotels get 4 stars i do not know. The only reason i was there is because i had to attend a wedding. People working there need more training. I asked one guy working there about his qualifications and he did not even do HM course and he was hired. So people if some of you wanna work there just show up no need of any qualification. There is a lot more to talk about but to summarise if you want to make your money worth it PLEASE don’t go to Jardin it’s a suggestion. Rest is up to you. Cheers.

I visited there via dineout on my bday with friends and it was a good deal for me. Food was tasty and fresh and their was so much varieties to eat. I have visited indore recently, yes the staff was cooperative... There were some food policies but they had coordinated for those things as well. I thank you for the cooperation . I lost my car key and the entire staff helped me in finding the key. I could not find that that key since 3 hrs but the moment i notified the staff , within 30 minutes they brought me my key and delivered to me after proper verification. Very good food & most humble staff... everything is great. The ambience,the food & the staff & of course the live music hats off to that singer ... especially mr. Janardhan really appreciated his kind behaviour...sure I'm coming back here again ASAP.

Very good hotel. Super tasty food. Dine out location is With continous music, singing, wide screen TV display for ongoing cricket like watching program, wide space, mind bogling ambience. Super service. Good locality. Can connect with main highway in few minutes. There good multi speciality hospitals. Cordial staff.
