Food quality is bad , found insect in dal & they guys was remove in front of me & serve to another one . Management is very poor not worthy i have vedio evidence of insect in dal & desert too . Travel group Friends

Good hotel with great variety of veg and non veg food at buffet, plus the taste was really delicious. Service was fast, friendly staffs and well maintained place. Unfortunately its Not what u see in photos The hotel rooms r not clean We got 2rooms which we changed 3times At last they kindly gave us the deluxe room but there were again bugs on sheet bed and i corner of rooms were dirty Its pity this hotel was left to rot! Worst hotel with worst hotel staff and their service is very poor food is not good in taste, internet is poor room service is not good ..their pillows r smelly and towels are unhygenic position..i never suggest to book this hotel as they make fool to the people no guard infront of door to pick your luggage..very small reception and all calls attended by reception like room service housekeeping food al calls arranged by reception not their relevant people..location in a bad locality very unsafe locality for family as it is a outskirt area of indore.. Love their hospitality, rooms are very clean and spacious. Their open grill restaurant is also their breakfast buffet place.We went their twice (once for attending one wedding as guest and once as event management) and had very good experience both the times. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
