Infiniti Hotel

Checked in for night.booked online.Positives..Location is a huge plus with eateries, hotels all clustered close by .Check in was quick , they also provided a packed soft drink on arrival. Wifi was pretty good , all basic amenities were provided.bed linen was clean. On the flip side the rooms are kinda looking weather beaten...ushering in a lil unkept look.Infact the 3rd floor alley to the rooms needs a makeover. Again on the positives, the front office staff was kind enough to get me a packed breakfast as I had an early flight to take..

Photos are deceptive and pricing on booking.com and other sites is like highway robbery. External looks are great but mouldy smell inside spacious rooms. Poor lighting in most areas of the hotel. Breakfast is not great. Left overs stored and served again and again. Food handling by staff is very unhygenic. Coffee not served only tea is available in breakfast and in rooms. It doesn't fit 3 star rating. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 3

Friendly reception. Quick breakfast with decent spread. The omellette was ok though the dosa was somewhat oily. Outside seating for smokers like me. Rooms are large and airy and the toilets are clean and decent and the air-conditioning works well. Even the room window opens!! Happy. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms Nice large clean. Food & drinks Decent food. Liked it. The chai too was great. Hotel highlights Great value

The service was very very slow. The food was okay, the ambience was also good, I was in Stars and Sky, the roof top candle light dinner. The views were good, but the thing I disliked was service which was very slow and in spite of having much staff the service was bad. Even no one came to take order on time, we had to call multiple times then they would hear. Had been to their hotel for marriage, their management was not that great for the party. The manager said the food has been prepared when there was more 15 mins for it. The rooms were good, well maintained and clean. The facilities were also good.

Nice location & good restaurant. Good quality food. One suggestion to management is to please review the check in & check out time. It's not only too odd but you are not allowing 24 hrs. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Rooms We were 5 members in the family. But only 4 towels were given. Water bottles were also less . Food & drinks Good quality food. Hotel highlights Quiet

Good stay,at a perfect location accessible from every corner. Nice stay. Nice staff. No issues in our stay.nothing else is required to describe the best hotel in the area chosen to visit Indore. This was our first visit, the reception also helped to guide.Thanks.

The food and restaurant was first class and Room are well decorated and specious with good facilities. All over excellent property with friendly staff. We enjoyed lots of fun and activities. It was fantastic day for us.

Ideally located, courteous staff. Spacious rooms, with Sofa . The restaurant serves great food : many great options nearby too. The food is great. Would also mention that the Laundry Charges are very economical : especially useful, if stay is for more than 3 nights. Will surely stay here , again . Recommend it strongly. Hotel is in the heart of Vijaya Nagar. Rooms are specious, Neat and clean. I stayed here for two night and the service was amazing. The breakfast buffet is a 5 star service, staff were very humble and professional. Love it.
