ATLAS HOTEL BY RCJ

We stayed here for three days, booked executive room for two days and club for the third day. Club was particularly booked to experience jacuzzi but they didn't have any facility to even provide hot water for jacuzzi. The executive rooms even didn't have warm water but we avoided that, jacuzzi without hot water is just a waste of 3500rs straight. Staff here is extremely irresponsible. It was my birthday and the whole day got wasted in telling them to provide us with the hot water. Other basics necessities were also not present and were provided after nudging ten times. Extremely awful experience and lot of time wasted. Tried contacting the owner but the owner too did not pick up our calls. If you don't want to waste time running to the reception for every little thing then just please book another hotel for yourself. Rooms: 1 Service: 1
