ATLAS HOTEL BY RCJ

The rooms are very good—clean, spacious, AC works perfectly, and the bed is super comfy. But what stands out most is the hospitality: the staff’s behavior is great, every request is handled instantly, and the manager personally follows up. Breakfast is fresh, Wi‑Fi is fast, and little touches—like extra pillows arriving without asking—win you over. Do visit at least once; the value is solid too. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Meri majburi hai ek star dena kyuki google review mein zero star dene ka option nahi hai. Night manager is the most worthless member in their staff. He doesn't know a bit about the technicalities of his job but speaks like he is the owner of the hotel. Don't book this hotel if you love your peace. Cleaning staff is not trained at all. Our jacuzzi didn't work, so they sent a member in our room with his shoes on he stepped on the whole jacuzzi and turned it into a mud pool. And to our amazement after complaining, he still did the same thing. I think the reviews here are fake because the real customer experience was just opposite not only with us but in front of us four people complained about the same issues. Please book yourself another hotel to avoid this ruccus. The services shown on google photos are not really present, something or the other thing is missing that is why I wouldn't suggest anyone to book this hotel. Earlier, they told us that we'd be given washroom slippers, but they were also not present and after reminding them for several times we were given the slippers of one of their sweeper staff member and when he saw me using those slippers, he insulted us for using his slippers wherein their manager only gave us those slippers to use. That's how basic things will trouble you here. Travel group Family
