Had a very bad experience at this hotel. I had booked a 3-day stay for a business trip. In the beginning, everything seemed fine, but later the experience became very disappointing. The receptionist, SHIVANI, refused to provide a dental kit and said the hotel does not provide it. Later, when I asked room service, they provided it without any issue. My friend came to meet me for some time, and the receptionist kept calling me every few minutes asking me to send her out of the property. She also said I had to pay ₹700 extra for meeting my friend . Because of this rude behavior, I contacted MakeMyTrip and cancelled the remaining stay for the next day. The room was average, but the behavior at the reception completely ruined the experience. It felt like guest comfort and customer service were not important. The hotel was too good for the price and there are no complaints with the staff. The only thing is that the check out took time.

Dear all, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel room. The housekeeping staff clearly takes their job seriously—everything from the floors to the bathroom was spotless. Fresh towels and linens were provided daily, and the room smelled clean without being overly perfumed. Common areas like the hallways and elevator were also well-maintained.
