The air conditioning doesn't work. The complementary water supplied is strictly warm. Even when we order cold water bottle, it is delivered in room temperature. They don't even supply toothpaste brush, soap, grooming kit or shampoo. The housekeeping team doesn't even stock up on tea bags, milk powder. Breakfast is only stale poha and aloo paratha everyday. The staff is rude. Tea ordered in the room is delivered lukewarm. There's no kitchen there. Even delivery of sanitary napkins to the room is prohibited, to take the delivery from quick commerce, you have to go outside premises. The jet spray was broken. No hand shower for taking bath. Horrible service and harassment from the receptionist, Shivani. Shivani was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. Even when I arrived to pick up my guest, she kept calling and asking me to leave. We had planned to invite other family members to join us, but her behavior made us feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable that it completely ruined a special day with my family. When we eventually mentioned canceling due to her hostile attitude, she was dismissive, told us to "go ahead," and then proceeded to harass us with phone calls demanding to leave the hotel a day earlier than our actual booking without even checking the details. She was completely uncooperative, refusing to acknowledge our dates or check official emails sent by MakeMyTrip. The service was also dishonest; she flatly refused to give us a dental kit, claiming they don't provide them, yet another staff member provided one easily later that night. Her constant annoyed faces, rude behaviour and lack of basic hospitality ruined our experience. Avoid if you value basic respect and hospitality.
