I had horrible experience with This Hotel as soon as we enter the Hotel, The Lady On the reception denied that there is no booking later on she said okay booking is there after that the lady on desk asked for our ID's which we provide and registration done by her all in computer as well in register on reception she said we don't have a delux room which you have booked so for some time we are assigning you another room.. we waited in the room and contacted on reception for the room we booked online...She said it'll take 15 minutes more, 10 minutes to that call they call us that you have to leave the hotel as we don't accept local ID's However the primary ID is not local also we ask for refund they said we haven't got any money yet from mmt kindly ask mmt they will refund you and they gang up and coerce us to leave..! My question is Why she accepted our ID's before?? isn't this policy is violation of Article 15?? Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple
